Review: Fed Way Dash point Open House 6/26 1-4pm

Okay Great Sunny "Summer" Day in Greator Seattle Area! (Suprised, because forecast on Monday said it would rain on Sunday the day I was planning on Open House)

Today I held an Open House at Fed Way Dash Point Home, (See my older post for address & more info)

I HAD to take couple pics especially of front yard because I liked the windows; shutters (not many in Sea homes) and the courtyard-like enclosed porch area w. The sitting bench. (visitors agreed; I noticed guests naturally stopped there and we chatted there awhile because it was so nice) They are very inviting and gives such a good impression.

Due to its hidden "cul-de-sac" location and extremely quite neighborhoods with very low traffic flow, the number of visitors were low;

however, visitors gave me feedback this house is good for the right buyer. (since this home was previously adult home; 6 beds and 4 baths!)

Can't wait til next Sunday for Shoreline Open House! (see my older post for direction and pics)
