About me

When I was in middle school, I used to grab "Homes and Land" magazines from Safeway on regular basis. Not only becuz they were free lol but because they were so fascinating to me! I'd come home n "read" those. Back then i was more attracted by aesthetic part of real estates. But by doing that, i naturally got familirized with marketing technique, price settings and numbers. So fun to browse so many beatiful homes! My continouous interest led me to study architecture and urban studies at UW. My senior year i got my WA state realtors license and I shared experiences of helping people buying/sellig homes. Today the numerous Internet home and property search engine has replaced the magazines (so i do that constantly 24/7 w my iphone lol) Internet has changed the industry tremondously and my real estate service also got smarter, faster and better!
