U can walk puppy right on the downtown street which is ur backyard. Chat with the neighbors w like minded young professionals. U can afford condos, and if the lottery u bought wins or ur North Korean stock goes up then U can also buy fancy lofts or penthouses in downtown Seattle or Bellevue. And later of ur life stage, if U decided to move up, it should be easy to rent out since its centrally located, and rental price will be decent (I help with rentals, too) or re-sell it for profit later.
