My Joyful Real Estate Transactions Experiences!

Let me share some joyful real estate experiences in the past.
In 2005, I helped my friend "S", who wanted to sell her 1978yr 2bed 1.5bath town home style condominium and move up to a larger, newer single family home. To sell for better resale value, we both agreed her older, dated condominium needed new interior paint, new laminate flooring. Whenever I had availability, I went over and helped her with the painting. In the mean time, we searched for new home (there is nothing more fun and exciting than driving around, touring homes. Well, at least for me lol) and I successfully closed the new home deal. Now that the condo was vacant, it allowed "easy showing" anytime. Surprisingly, the offer on condominium was slightly more than what we expected, and so we sold the condo at reasonable price. Overall, it was great to see our hard work paid off, also I had fun helping painting and it was rewarding cosmetic upgrade.

She is now married with two children and I was at her wedding, of course. More than anything, it is very grateful to share lives together through this career.

My other client Mr.&Mrs. "L", had to move to a one-story rambler home due to health issue (could not clime stairs no more). Their 2003yr built, 4bed, 2.5bath, 2200SF, 2 story home was immaculate and beautiful, and almost "scary" clean due to diligent homeowner with the pride (very good impression for buyers though). So I had confidence this house will SELL. Problem was, the 1 story rambler they wanted RARELY came on market. Time flew, but I kept watching the market (I do it 24/7 lol). In the early morning at 6am, I noticed a rambler home IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT they already lived in, came on the market. RIGHT ACROSS THEIR HOME! I knew this was what the couple wanted, so I was so thrilled and called owner and my client right away. (This time was seller's market, and if I didn't hurry, this rambler could have been gone very quickly). She was so relieved when I found her that home, she told me this; Going through the home-searching days, she told me she was having a stress about this whole moving thing. But she "prayed" and peace came to her heart that everything will be okay. And surprisingly enough, she told me she received a phone call from me about this rambler. Indeed, few years ago, when the developments when up, originally she was debating to buy this rambler or two story but ended up buying two story. But her turn came again few years later, (this time health forced the move) again to own this home!. Being a such a great broker lol, I managed very well to coordinate time lines of both selling and buying. I made smooth transactions to sell the current home and moving-into new rambler.

Finding a home is not easy. It involves emotions and finances. But from my past experiences, everyone has their home somewhere and you will know it immediately when you walk into THAT home. I am very good at helping and handling this for you.
