Okay. Today I'm sharing Not-so-pleasant Real Estate Experiences.
What do you think that possibly is? Yes, I had home tour where it was completely different from pictures (Picture appeared home to be new and clean but had bunch of flies flying in the home lol) and one time, FOR SALE sign company had installed the sign in wrong spot on front yard which caused the sprinkler to break lol (Sign company took responsibility of repair, of course) But it is when I was representing seller, and house for sale had trouble selling due to buyer's qualification was questionable. I was listing agent, I listed this 1955 home with 4 beds, 2.5 bath FOR SALE. It was year of famous 2007-2008, where financing rules (compared to earlier years) were beginning to change (banks tighten rules compared to before). These innocent buyer's believed they could obtain financing, (because in the past, they were able to). We received an offer from buyer, and deal was on going but the buyer's financing fell through. Okay. We received another offer soon, and we gave some time. But this guy failed financing also! Eventually it worked with 3rd offer! Both seller and I was being very patient, since at this moment, we have already bought a new construction home, and moving in date was getting close. But eventually we were able to close on that deal, and he happily moved into his new home with his 4 puppies! (He has 4 Dachshunds, they used to greet me jumping all over my body when I went to his home)
