Lots of Windows on this home!!! like...LOTS!! 

 Mother-in-law first floor 2nd kitchen!!! complete two living quarters w/ even laundry hookup!

 3rd floor landing!!!! Wow 3 level home.

Some comments from visitors: They appreciated the number of skylights and how the home has lots of windows and really bright. The generous use of bamboo floors all on 3 level of home and also stairways. Even two car garage had double sided windows and door to the backyard! (see my older post for home detail)

So here's the quick review of Wed lunchtime Open house for 8718 2nd Ave. NE Seattle! (see my older post for more info on property)

Me enjoying mid-week open house too much! lol

                                           Basement is fully remodeled! nice! Also basement had separate entrance from backdoor which means PRIVACY!

                                          One of the basement bedroom has two sides windows and A NEW BATH w/ shower! IMPRESSED.

                                                  Main floor bedroom with original hardwood floor and wood work. Quality! You can access attic thru closet in this room (which attic is big, and can be converted to additional living space)
